Your order will ship out as soon as production of your design on your garment is finished. Usually within 5 to 7 business days. Although if we are out of stock of your size ordered it may be longer. We say no longer than 3 weeks, but we never anticipate the time period being that long. To cover some circumstance, we do want our customers to understand that 3 weeks is a possibility. Your order will be shipped complete.
If an item, you order is no longer available someone will contact you about your order.
Purchases between $0.00-$19.99 shipping charges are $5.50
Purchases between $20.00-$40.00 shipping charges are $6.50
Purchases between $40.01-$74.99 shipping charges are $8.50
Purchases of $75.00 and above are Free
Also, there is an option to pick up at our location at no charge.
If your package is lost, we will work with you to locate it. The first step in locating packages is for you to contact your local post office. When your package is picked up it automatically becomes the property of the U.S. Postal Service. If the Postal Service shows that your package was delivered to the address you supplied to us no claim can be made, so make sure you double check the address you are giving us on your order.
It is the responsibility of the customer to enter the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for packages with incorrect shipping information. If the incorrect address is given and the order is returned to us there will be a $6.00 fee charged. If we re ship your order to the correct address you must pay shipping charges on the second shipment.
No order can be shipped back to us without a return authorization number assigned for a return by email. If you ship an order (or item) back without a return authorization, or if you provide a wrong or undeliverable address you will be responsible to pay the $6.00 fee for return shipping. We will hold a package that you return to us for 10 business days waiting for you to contact us about what you would like to be done with your return. After the 10 business days we will donate the item to charity.

Orders cannot be canceled one they are placed. Orders are immediately sent to our processing department and the fulfillment of the order is started.
If you receive an item with damage, a defect or if we print a wrong letter from what you provided you must contact us by email, within 3 business days of receiving the item. We want only the best for our customers, but mistakes do happen in production from time to time. Please notify us and attach a photo of the damaged item and a short explanation. All orders are shipped complete. If there is a problem, it cannot be shipped compete you will be contacted to see if you want your order shipped separately.
